Log Ticket

The log ticket is meant for users who are directly landing on the Main Website and intend to log a ticket. It is not mandatory for the users to have ICEGATE login ID to log the ticket from here.

The log ticket helps in the generation of a ticket in relation to issues faced. The user needs to enter the following for creating a ticket:

Name, Phone, e-mail, etc. The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Once the user has successfully filled and submitted the form, the ICEGATE Help Desk system will generate the Ticket Number. Here, users can also report any issue, if faced, while browsing the website. Users are requested to note the Ticket Number for future reference, if any.

On entry of Phone Number, system will generate OTP and forward. OTP will be verified.

After entering the other required parameters, the user has to Press button.

On submission, the system will display the Token Number.

 

4.1.3 Track Ticket Status

The user can track the ticket status by entering Ticket ID and ICEGATE ID or Mobile Number for authentication purpose.

After entering the required credentials, Press ’.System will display the status of the Ticket.
