To streamline operations for Customs Bonded Warehouses, the Warehouse Module on ICEGATE is being introduced. This module allows for the online filing of warehouse license applications, the online submission and processing of requests to transfer warehoused goods, and the uploading of monthly returns. The digital process enables authorized signatories to submit applications and documents through ICEGATE, which are then processed by Customs officers. Additionally, the module tracks and records the movement and ownership of goods imported under an Into-Bond Bill of Entry, ensuring accurate monitoring of goods within and between warehouses. Monthly returns can be uploaded as scanned PDFs, which officers can download for further action.
