I have not registered my PAN based CHA particulars. What should I do? |

Please go to your Original Policy Section with details about your name, address and contact particulars to the Policy Section. Please carry your Site wise CHA Registration No.'s and get your PAN based CHA Registration entered. You will be required to use the 15 digit PAN based Registration No. from 11th Sep 2006 onwards . |

I have earlier been operating at several ICES locations and I have the record of old CHA Registration No.'s, however I am unable to find PAN based CHA Registration No.'s? |

You may use the Old Registration No.'s up to 12th Sep 2006 at all those sites where you are presently filing documents. You will be required to use only the 15 digit PAN based CHA Registration No. with effect from 11th Sep 2006. You are required to approach the Original Policy Section to update the records of PAN based Registration with Registration particulars of your Old CHA Registration. Once this is done your number will figure in the checklist generated for your PAN based Registration. |

You must approach to the concerned with the required particulars duely filled in form C under Rule 9(2) of CHA regulation. |
